To be eligible for a return, you must share an unboxing/opening video clearly showing the issue at the time of opening the parcel.

The video must be uncut and unedited, showing the full package opening from the start.

Returns without an opening video or with signs of wear, alteration, or damage after delivery will not be accepted.
